We ran a multi-tool CNC workshop (3D printer + milling machine) in collaboration with Qtron Systems. The workshop was run during the FabLearn 2015 conference on Equity & Diversity in Making. 

This workshop was run during the Re:Publica 2015 conference in Berlin, Germany and aimed at teaching impact design using solar powered technologies.

Uganda has an abundance of boda bodas (motorcycle taxis) for an easy commute. However, some areas experience power outages and in the rural areas, people pay a small fee to have their cell phones charged.

To solve this, we run a workshop with Watoto Church Training Center in Mpigi, Uganda. Here, the technical students built a phone charge that runs of the battery of a boda boda (motorcycle). Hence, the problem was solved and a business idea was generated.

Design thinking workshop was run in collaboration with Akilah Insitute in Bujumbura, Burundi. The workshop, aimed at teaching the precepts of design thinking & human-centered design, involved an interactive workshop on designing a better commute for the students.
